Q Stock Motor Cars

District Line East London Line

Q Stock worked on the District line for many years until replaced by the D Stock. One unit of Q Stock is own by the London transport Museum and is stored at the Depot in Acton. The hope is to restore the 4 car unit back into operational condition if this is not possible then the unit will be restored as a static display. The Cars date from various years the 2 end cars are of the final build around 1938, The main difference being the roof!
