The 1992 Stock Page
Central & Waterloo & City Lines
The 1992 Stock was built to replace the previous 1962 stock. The introduction of the 1992 stock had many problems but however now things seems to be running quite well. The 1992 stock was the first stock to not have middle driving cabs which makes more room for passengers. These units have been kitted out which Automatic Train Protection and now have Automatic Train Operation installed.
